Last summer I adopted 3 month old “call ducks” which possibly may be a call mix of some sort, and I’m pretty certain that the drake is a silver appleyard bantam, but I’m still having trouble figure out the female. They’ve given us lots of babies so maybe that will be a clue for someone! I’m thinking she definitely has some call in her because of her “puffy cheeks” ... wondering if someone more seasoned has an idea?

Here are the parents at 3 months

And here they are now

And a video of a little playtime with Pekins for size comparison

I think they are Calls, just pet quality ones. Not breeder or show quality, so they're a little larger and have longer necks and beaks. But that doesn't matter if you just want them for pets :) They hatch much easier when they're pet quality too so that's a perk.

I think your drake is snowy in color.

Of course something could have been mixed in there at some point, but it would be really quite hard to say what breed what mixed in.
