Running errands all afternoon. I just moved my mother in and have not adjusted to the extra work. My husband saw them yesterday. So maybe they will be back. I have a large pond at the back of the property that I can't see from the house.Will walk over tomorrow with some chow and see if they are there. I went up to see Mini after they flew off and realized they are larger. They look like an Egyptian goose mix but the female quacks and the male rasps. No honking or oinking like I am used to with geese. I hope they stay around and raise some babies.

Showed my husband the Egyptian geese picture and he said that is what they were. Now off to research and see what I can find out about them. Don't think they are wild.
