I know from the people I got them from that Lacie is laying for sure...does Shadow look like she is at laying age or is she still too young.

Light brahma = feathered shanks and pea comb
Light Sussex = straight comb, clean shanks
Columbian Wyandotte = Rose comb, clean shanks
And to really confuse you, throw some Columbian Rocks into the mix. Also straight comb and clean legs.
Oh and don't forget the Columbian Cochins, but they're pretty easy to tell. Big ole fluff balls with really feathered shanks.

Although your Shadow is built like a light sussex and has the coloring, a light sussex has white legs. What kind of comb does she have? Can't tell from the pictures. They are both pretty girls. My light sussex is such a sweet girl.
