I have looked all over BYC and on the internet and I have no idea what these girls are. They lay light brown eggs, probably medium/large in size, and most days I get 3 eggs a day (the bantam isn't laying yet or I'd have 3 1/2 lol). They are pretty chatty and often sound like they're laughing, and sometimes one will carry on like she's laying an egg but when I check there isn't one. Seem to prefer to forage more than the feeder and love treats (although I'm gathering that is pretty standard chicken behavior). Didn't take them long to recognize the sound of the scrap bucket (a graniteware bean pot/chamber pot I found at goodwill! It makes a clangy sound when I come out the door and they're right by the gate when I get there, craning their necks to see what I have). These are my first hens (plus a bonus bantam my friend said was a Sebright, she wasn't sure what these girls are either). I don't have a lot to compare them to, but they seem friendly enough to me, although they don't necessarily run to you begging to be held or anything. I have uploaded the best pictures I have of them, I hope they're helpful, I'm really curious what these girls are! Thank you!

The Girls! From left...Pot Pie, Fajita, Drumstick (aka Hendini) and Omelette

Wait, so my little bantam is not a Sebright?
Never mind...I'm tired LOL. Just looked up Light Brown Leghorn and they look more like my big girls than my bantam. Sorry! I need to shut the computer off and go to bed

I'm thinking they're Dark Cornish, or a mix thereof. They're not very good quality birds as far as the breed standard goes, which throws off breed ID a little. Doesn't mean there's a thing wrong with them for backyard birds, though

And you don't have a Sebright, it looks like some type of little game hen.

Yeah, probably offtype Dark Cornish or DC mixes then.

Your little bantam is not a Sebright, and she looks to have white earlobes so she is probably not an OEGB or Japanese. she could be a brown leghorn bantam or a Dutch bantam. If the earlobe's red with only a white wash maybe an OEGB.
