What are you baking now?

My son is having his friends over for his birthday today - so we baked and decorated his cake. We are going to go down to the coast to watch the baby sea turtles get released on is actual birthday hence the theme for the cake...

I didn;t have much time but it's the best I could do with only two hour to decorate the cake!

Depends on the muffins I think...it's just a part of her recipe so I figured I'd mention that I didn't exactly follow that part.

I can see how some people would like these with frosting, but I think they're very good just plain. Although, my fiance mentioned I should make some cream cheese frosting (which is exactly what Pioneer Woman used) and he didn't even know the recipe called for frosting...maybe it is a regional thing..now I'm curious.

Thank you! I forgot someone had asked about the recipe! The Pioneer Woman's recipe is exactly the one I used this time. HER RECIPE is the best I have found, and I have tried many of them.

Featherbaby, if you try this you won't be disappointed!

Thanks for posting the link, cmb19, it's a mitzvah!

Sorry, when I found that website I spent several days reading every single part on it..then she added Tasty Kitchen and I get most of my recipes from there. I love her..there's going to be a movie about how she met her husband too...I'm highly excited about that.
