Well, decided to take tomorrow off to bake bread, dinner rolls and make the stuffing ahead to take to my mom's 3 hours away on Thanksgiving. At least now I don't have to get up at 3:00am to get things started. Everyone has been baking up a storm.

I've got bread dough proofing right now. Then I'm making two dutch apple pies before bed tonight. When I get up tomorrow, I need to make two pumpkin pies. Then off to deliver them!

Sunday (the party in Saturday night)I will post pictures of the food from my sister's engagement party, my 2 sisters and I have been baking and freezing for it for 3 weeks so it is quite a spread...and all desserts!

Tomorrow I'm baking a cherry almond cake for Thanksgiving. I got the recipe from kingarthurflour.com. I made it for my b-day and took it to bible study that evening. Was it a hit! The recipe makes a nice 9x9 cake but I'm making a double recipe for Thursday. I'm going to try it with lemon pie filling later on. If it sounds good check it out. King Arthur Flour Company has lots of great stuff and many many recipes with reviews.

Pumpkin swirl cheesecake in the oven now for Thanksgiving. Gotta do a pumpkin pie still, and I've got the cranberry sauce cooking now.

Tomorrow I will just have the Turkey, stuffing, cauliflower with cheese sauce and bread to make. My mom's bringing the potatoes, so that's one less thing I have to make.
