just took 6 loaves of applesauce sourdough bread out of the oven.

PLUS my football team won! Go Riders! And now next weekend we are in the Grey Cup (Canada's version of the Super Bowl - only colder!)

jojo... have you ever used applesauce in reg. bread making.
I cant get Dh or the family on to sourdough.
share the recipe if you would.

I use recipes as a guideline not something set in stone. So with bread, I find if you add more liquid ingredients then you need to add more dry - simple as that. I add wheat germ, bran, flax, sunflower seeds, etc. to the dough as well. For the grains, I add less whole wheat flour. For seeds, etc. I just add them and adjust as the dough mixes.
