What are you baking now?

I just pulled 2 loaves of Whole Wheat Stuffing/Dressing Bread out of the oven.

Its a great way to save you time when making the stuffing on Thankgiving... all the spices are cooked right now.

I just break it up when its stale, add the apples, cranberries and chicken stock and put in a casserole dish into the oven.

Grandson is coming out to deer hunt and spend the night so I made a pot of chili and baked two loaves of bread. One white and one cinnamon for breakfast toast...

O.H. That cinnamon one is calling my name!

I made 2 loaves of that bread, and we had a laugh because the smell reminded us of going to Subway for dinner! hahaha
So one loaf is in the cupboard for sandwiches this week.... and the second loaf is in the freezer for Thanksgiving.
