But I am more then happy to sell it to you in my shop! Though the candy trick is easy and you can do it to ANY cookie.

I put a double boiler on the stove and melt down either white chocolate or the new hersey's vanilla chips, then when its half melted toss in the crumbled cookie pieces. Toss with a wood spoon and pour out on wax paper when coated. Once they are cooled snack on!

They'll be available in my store for sale when my to go boxes I ordered come in. I'm thinking $10 for 1/2 lb.

This is the time of year we do a lot of recipe testing since its slow.

My lemon biscotti is in the BYC cookbook!

That sounds like a good idea. I don't mind kneading, I just want one I can make a big batch of, store in the refrig and pull off chunks as I get ready to make it. If Gumps bread will work, I'll use it. Thanks !

Just finished some orange/craisin biscotti for my daughter and son-in-law in Ohio. I used grated orange rind and some Triple Sec as flavoring and then drizzled with chocolate. oh, they have chocolate chips in them too. Orange and chocolate are yummy. I also made her step children some oatmeal/choc. chip cookies and drizzled them with chocolate, too.
The drizzled chocolate is still setting up so they look kind of messy on the wax paper. They will be awesome after the chocolate sets and I can bag them up.
