Brisbane, Queensland. It's not a cool place like Melbourne or Sydney, but it's pretty neat. Tasmania is gorgeous, it'll win you over.

It's a really lovely place. I actually moved here from SoCal (HB) but I've taken to the life quite easily. I can handle a place that loves holidays and pies.

i must go pick up DH from work soon...get the kids loaded into the truck, pjs, late work nite and i had to go do laundry earlier bc our washer broke

hopefully i will be in bed soon or i will be baking another batch of Peanut Butter cookies, i made some on xmas and managed to eat most of them myself already and now i need more!! i took out the butter and PB but my new byc addiction has taken over for the night!!

im in trouble...

Yay what a nice welcome! I came here ages ago for help and left but I came back for more help and stayed this time! I sound like you? That's a worry! I'm hyper and insane. I'm awake odd hours so maybe it's that! My timezone is +10.

Ooooh peanut butter cookies. I miss those. I should make those....

Well I folded and made this gorgeous buttermilk custard pudding thing, it's amazing... and easy as to make, too!

We just pour date syrup onto it. It's 1130pm and I just popped it into the oven. Yummy! (and I'm that one person in the world that doesn't like cake!)

I have family in Brisbane too. How funny! We didn't make it up there when we visited, they all came down to see us. We were in Coffs Harbour and Sydney. Now my Aunt has moved to Tasmania, so someplace new to see!

Tried a new Biscotte recipe this year. Uses olive oil instead of butter. Had dried cranberries and pistachios in them then the bottoms dipped in wht. choc. after they were cooled. Such and hit and better for you.
