Oh those look to die for! I did Paula Deans' Sour Cream Scones, and those are so light and amazing (I know, PD & Light don't belong in the same sentence). You should really give them a try!

Sorry I just got back on and saw the post asking for the recipe.
Here it is ladies. I put up 8 of these badboys.
I did them in loaf pansto take out and slice for short cake.
CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE
8 oz. cream cheese
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
6 eggs
1 dash salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar. Mix in flour and eggs (starting with flour, alternating with one egg at a time and ending with flour). Add salt and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
