I picked some up at the Amish Bulk Food store and have never used it. I can't seem to find any recipes calling for it. I am thinking about trying to make Oreos or something but can't find a recipe that sounds right.
I had some that I finally used up in pound cakes, but it does not taste as chocolate-ie to me as the regular cocoa. I think a dark cookie would be best. or frosting. Good luck with that. At least it is good for you.
