baked a granny smith apple pie yesterday. Used Equal instead of sugar. Been along time since I baked a pie, I overcooked it. But it sure was good.
 
Just finished the last of the apple crisp for brunch! MMMM--so today I am attempting a GF pie crust...then a bunch of apple pies for the freezer. Seems like everyone is working on apples! 'Tis the season! Teri O
 
Baked Custard! I'm always looking for something to make out of eggs, especially to satisfy my sweet tooth. This seems like something I will have to make alot of to get good at; too bad I'll have to eat all of the experiments
