What are you baking now?

I think I'm going to make the 10 egg pound cake. Last time, I used all of that yucky shortening and it was horrible, in my opinion but my family and friends devoured it. I will be using butter from now on.
 
I am trying to come up with a recipe for a cheesecake flavored cake,I found some packages of Jello brand cheesecake flavored pudding mix that I am going to attempt I then plan on using a cream cheese frosting with cherries mixed in to frost this cake, and maybe sprinkle a little bit of crushed graham crackers on it. May fill it with a no bake cheesecake filling. I have a client who wants a cheese cake flavored groom's cake. I did make some green apple caramel filled cupcakes topped with a caramel butter cream and drizzled with caramel on top. Tasted just like one of those caramel apple suckers was so good! If anyone has any suggestions on the cheesecake flavored cake let me know.
 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. box vanilla pudding mix
1 c. blackberry wine (I used Manishewitz) cheap stuff
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle 1/2 of nut mixture in bottom of greased tube or bundt pan. Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, wine, oil and eggs. Add remaining nut mixture to cake batter and pour over nut mixture in pan. Bake at 325 for 45 - 60 mins.

Glaze
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. wine
1/4 water
Combine in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 2 mins.
Pour 1/2 over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. After cake cools, remove from pan to serving plate and spoon remaining glaze over cake. This is the step I take my time with. I actually use a basting brush, paint some....wait, paint some wait. I have even turned the cake upside down and painted and waited.

Do you get much blackberry flavoring from the wine or color?
