What are you baking now?

I don't really have a recipe because I just add until it is 'right'
And it is never the same.
I just never liked lawrey's salt. so I experimented with the adobo salt because it is garlic and onion salt in the same mix.

I bought a doughnut pan today. I can't wait till the weekend to make some!!!! I make some pretty rediculously amazing fried foughnuts. I'm trying baked cake-like ones this weekend. Yum!
