What are you baking now?

The bread recipe made three small loaves. They smell wonderful!

I also made chocolate chip cookies and a lemon pie:

Yummy! I love anything lemon. The bread looks amazing!
I made a fabulous eggnog cake yesterday that was Christmas in a cake. Delicious!

Okay, What are you baking?

I took the week off to decorate and bake.

The fruitcake cookies are wrapped in brandy and waiting for their grand day out. The rest of the cookie dough is made and in the freezer waiting for bake day.
Strasbourg, spritz, gingerbread, and cardamom cookie dough. and Mexican wedding cookies.

What do you make?

The candies have been made.
I do buckeyes for the guys each year, this year I tried homemade almond joys. Really good.
Cordial cherries...They are aging in the back of the refrigerator, and thin mints, but they need more mint. I think oil would have worked better than extract.
Fudge and I have issues. Or I'd make it, if only it wasn't so...problematic for me.

What do you make?

And right now I have apricot bars baking in the oven.

And Chex mix. I wholesale produce that stuff starting the first of December through New Years.
I have some in the roaster toasting now. I use Tabasco, cumin, adobo salt; plus bugles, oyster crackers, and cheese its- and copious amounts of Worcestershire sauce.

I think I am ready to go back to work and rest up.

But I could be encouraged to do more. It's only Thursday!
So, What are you baking?

I just looked at your links. I remember having to use the Pearson square protein calculator in animal science class. I wish I had had that link then. (It was not explained well.)
Good addition!

Wow you were busy! I feel kinda lazy now lol. Your chex mix sounds really interesting. Can you post the recipe or that?
