I made this today with peach pie filling. I've done variations and we like them all. The favorite is rhubarb/strawberry pie filling in white or yellow cake mix. I've also done apple pie filling in either of those or spice cake, plus I've done cherry pie filling in chocolate cake. Its very easy but very tasty. No pics, sorry batteries not working in camera.
FAST FIXIN CAKE
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 can (20 oz. or 23) pie filling (fruit or pumpkin)
Pour oil into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan and tilt around to cover bottom, add water and eggs. Mix slightly with fork. Mix in cake, mix until well blended. Spread evenly in pan and pour fruit over top and fold in lightly to marblize. Bake and serve warm or cold. Bake at 350 degrees oven 35 to 45 minutes.
