Cauliflower covered in freshly roasted red peppers/sharp cheddar cheese sauce. Its bright orange and funny looking but OMG!

WOW that sounds good - we realy like cauliflower.

Finished the Lemon Curd Cheesecake last night and decorated this morning. We have a ton of edible Borage flowers right now so thought they would make it look even prettier. Mark got to lick the knife when I cut a 1/4 wedge for my boss and he said it tasted real good. Just wish I could stay home and cook/bake all day.

Yes, making the cheesecake was somewhat of a torture thing - since I'm on a campaign to lose 15 pounds! Not a sweet eater at all until I know I can't have it. So I give a good part of it away and restain myself to a thin slice and give bigger pieces to Mark. Since my neighbor contributed the lemons I will give her a 1/4 of it as well. Then we are only on the hook to eat half - man life is tough!

Dragonfly Ranch - Looks Good!

I'm just baking garlic loaves to freeze and use later in the week (using gumpsgirl bread) and I'll be making pizza dough for dinner tonight

I don't think this can really be under the heading about baking, but I just made a batch of banana butter. Actually, I used plantains that we are growing on our property. We had about a ton of them!
