Made a Lemon Meringue Pie for my Dad's 76th Birthday and it was a mile high. Was making some Lemon Curd as well and had extra egg whites so used them up in the Meringue - Was very airy and light and Lemon filing was OK. Used a recipe that was different them my normal one and not as much Lemon flavor but my Dad still loved it.
