Took a long weekend and haven't been on here for a about 6 days and people are surely busy. I made 5 loaves of bread this weekend - I really want to try out all the different recipes in my new bread book. Made a cheese breadthat was rated a 10+ for sure. I made a plain loaf in a 2.5 quart cast iron Dutch Oven - it as a lot taller and really cute. I also made two baguettes using a clay baker for bread and a pizza stone.
Hopefully I can get back to checking this thread daily to see what everyone is up to.
