I just pulled an apple pie baked in a paper bag out of the stove. So excited to eat this. This is the only apple pie I will eat, the crust is soooo good.

Raspberry Cheesecake...courtesy of my go-to lady, Pioneer Woman. Next time I'm going to make the cheesecake with blackberries like her recipe calls for. I also did not have pecans to put in the crust, but my fiance says it's awesome without them...he even told me he thinks I could make these and sell them at our Veteran's Club/Legion where he works.
