I baked a chicken enchilada casserole. Not really baking (like a cake or cookies) I guess...but it went into the oven on BAKE. It's yummy!

My Golden Delicious produced a small amount of apples in it's 5th year. My Arkansas Black Spur Apple tree is 6 years old now and still hasn't produced anything. Apples are very slow maturing. I planted mine bare root, so they were young trees. You can get apples sooner if you plant one from a pot that's already 2-3 years old.

Brown sugar, butter and milk cooked until thick, then add vanilla and cool slightly, then add powdered sugar. The recipe is here:
