I was gifted a bunch of green and ripe tomatoes, the green ones are going into a green tomato pickle.... the ripe ones I'm looking for a RIPE tomato chow chow. My grandmother made this but we can't seem to find the recipe. I remember the tomatoes, cabbage, green bell peppers, onion and spices but not amounts or how long to water bath...
