What are you canning now?

I was gifted a bunch of green and ripe tomatoes, the green ones are going into a green tomato pickle.... the ripe ones I'm looking for a RIPE tomato chow chow. My grandmother made this but we can't seem to find the recipe. I remember the tomatoes, cabbage, green bell peppers, onion and spices but not amounts or how long to water bath...
Help? Anyone got this recipe?
 
Man look what I started lol. They look great! My brother keeps asking when he can open them. I love sharing all these recipes as this is really my first year experiancing canning. I love it. I dont have a pic but i have apple butter, apricot jam, blueberry syrup, peach butter and strawberry jam on my shelves. Veggies are just starting to come on and I got my grandmother pressure canner so many more questions to follow
 
last year I canned a ton of Piccalilli (made with green tomatoes, green and yellow peppers too.
This year I have intentions on making more spagetti sauce ( I just buy huge cans of plain tomato sauce base and fix it till its how I like it) oh and salsa, but have done 4 pints so far of dilly beans. I have more to do but out of cider vinegar.

Calicokat - You would get a lot more yield making blueberry jam instead of jelly. Did you want the jelly, without fruit, for some reason?

Carolyn - Congrats on retirement!

Rubyrogue - I'll have to make some pickled brussel sprouts for DH. He loves them, I bet pickled would be right up his alley. Yours look delicious in the jars.

Yesterday I canned 10 jars Crabapple Jelly.

Thank you for the recipe. I had looked online before I ask all of you, but the sights wanted my cell # I do not have one. So i thought one of you mught know one. Thank you i cant wait to try it.

Oh yeah...I have "restaurant quality" tomato soup (2 batches) in the crockpot tonight. If it is really good I will can up half of it for the winter and add the cream later. Seemed like a good thing to do with my extra tomatoes since they are all ready NOW! Terri O
