What are you canning now?

I'm in the middle of cooking down 90lbs of tomato's.....I have two huge pots going. One is just plain sauce and the other is seasoned. (I can't standed store bought sauce...blech) It's almost down to the 1/2 way point now. I'm contemplating finishing into the night or starting fresh in the am with the canning...???
 
Whew! I'm DONE! I started at 8am with 90lbs of maters and now I have 23 quarts of lovely sauce! 10 hours start to finish including clean up. I got a canner that holds 9 quarts at a time, wow does that save time! When they have to process for 40min., it makes a big difference.
 
Why thank you! I am blessed to have a sister that sells produce to grocery stores, so she either sends it over for free or super cheap. It is so worth the effort/time. I like to do big batches when I can.

My next canning project is going to be blueberry pie filling and strawberry margarita jelly...mmmmmmm
