Cook in the top of a double boiler over hot water... That's a typing error. The i&o and g&h are right next to each other on the keyboard.

I struck Gold today! Stopped at Farmers market on my way home from school shopping and got almist 100lbs of beautiful roma tomatoes for 20$!!!!!!!! So far ive done up 12 pints of salsa and 7 quarts of pasta sauce! 70 lbs more to go! I think I bit off way more than I can chew... Lol

Im really just a newbie! I quit smoking 7 weeks ago and canning has been a huge help to staying a good girl thank you! Vfem is an idol! LoL her and chickenstalker were the ones a few years back influenced me into this! LoL
