What are you guys interested in?

Hi,
So I am releasing my website pretty soon, Named GilbertQuail.
I am selling quail and eggs.
What are people most interested in? I only have1 of some of them, but If lots of people are interested in the kinds of Coturnix I have, I can work on breeding them.
I have
Italian
Italian sparkly
Jumbo brown
golden
Sparkly pearl
Falb fee
Grau fee

We have 2 males and are not really getting any eggs, which I expect, shorter days, less light.
In the spring though, I am expecting fertile eggs. Next week, I am actually getting some fertile eggs from a friend, and hopefully, we can get most girls in a hatch. I'll be either culling or selling any boys.
