What are you having for Easter dinner?

Baby Lemon Carrots
Sorry this took so long-eggs hatching!

1 pkg baby carrots-steam or nuke until crisp tender
toss with: juice of 1 lemon, a little lemon zest (to taste) 1 tsp sugar or honey, 2 tbs fresh parsley and 1/4 cup butter. Salt if needed. Also good with asparagus. Keep warm.

Well, we are having a dinner on the ground after church.
I am taking:
Ham, pinto beans, potato salad, homemade rolls, cheese & broccoli casserole and strawberry shortcake and peach cobbler for dessert.
Will bring sodas and tea for drinks.
Not sure what everyone else is bringing...I have a dear lady who became our food co-ordinator!

Hope ya'll have a lovely Easter.

We are doing:
Baked Ham
Dirty Rice Dressing
Sweet Potatoe Dish of some sort
Mustard Greens
Other garden veggies from the freezer
Corn bread

Some lip smacking good eats!

With 4-5 new inches of snow today it isn't very spring like.

We are having spiral cut ham, hashbrown cheese bake (yum), fruit salad, homemade potato rolls, veggies from last years garden, and chocolate cake for dessert.

I need to go shopping. So much family drama (not me, but siblings, etc...)

I'm staying close to home. Gots to get me a ham, maybe scalloped potatoes, green beans?
I'll try and get to the store when the crowds are done.
