What are you selling at the Monroe, Wa poultry show on March 21st?

I was told by a breeder, who sadly won't be there, that there is always lots of birds for sale. We are going and hoping to pick out breeds that each of my girls want to show in 4H. After they pick out their breed we'll be on the hunt for a show chick for each one of them. I'll let them get any breed but a game birds, lol. I'm trying to keep any fights in the flock to a mininum. And if they get any roos they've got to be extreamly calm breeds. Right now I've only got one little roo and he's a 1 wk old Polish. All my chicks are doing great together, I've got 5 wk olds in with 1 wk olds and they all curl up and sleep together. The 5 wk olds won't roost now that the wk olds are with them, lol. They are making getting more babies too easy.

Thanks Laura!
Hopefully others will se this post and we might here what could be there for sure,or sale. LONG drive for me from Graham..

Are you looking for show birds? I know Monroe Farm and Feed will be getting in some birds tomorrow. I think they're getting about 10 different breeds in....I know for sure they'll have Silkies and Marans. Yesterday they still had BO, RIR, Australorps (or was it BR?), and some fryers. They also had 2 pairs of geese and some ducklings. If you want, I'll give you their phone number and you can call them. They are right by the fair grounds.
