I found my notice in my spam folder ..I tracked them this morning and they are on their way ..they were in Kansas ..i'll track them again later to see ..I stopped to the po and gave them my info the other day just in case..lol..so if you haven't heard yet ,maybe check your spam folders ..I was glad i did ..

Well no chicks today. My local distribution center has been wonderful trying to find them. As of right now they are MIA. Hopefully they show up tomorrow. I'm not a happy camper.

How long have you been waiting for them? Are they Okay? I hope. Gosh! I would be very distressed. I only have 10 coming at the end of April. 2 White Leghorn, 2 Barred Rock, 3 easter eggers, 2 Cuckoo Maran, and one Mystery chick (because I couldn't decide). I am dying. This waiting is killing me. I can only imagine how rough it would be if they were lost in the mail! Best wishes. Keep us updated.

Thank you everybody. I ordered the chicks in the beginning of November. I have been waiting what feels like forever. MPC shipped them yesterday. Since they are Bantams they ship them Express which is supposed to be next day. There has been no scan on them since 11:00pm last night. The distribution center called every post office he could think of that may have gotten them instead but no one has them in the area. They "should" be ok till Thursday but we'll see. I only ordered 8. I hope they all make it. Thank goodness it's not freezing out this week .

Hey, I totally know your pain. My shipping info hasn't been updated since yesterday, and just says "Electronic Shipping Info Received." I have no idea where they are right now and where they came from (I thought they were coming from OH). I called the PO multiple times today and I've still got some hope because they're expecting a few more shipments until 6PM.

I'm still worried that they'll wind up getting here tomorrow, or worse, Thursday. (I ordered 5 bantam females... I hope they're not too fragile )

Don't be afraid to pepper your local PO with calls. The employee I talked to was very kind, informative, and reassuring. I think misplaced orders are a somewhat rare occurrence and there have been many cases of shipping info being delayed and chicks arriving safely Wednesday morning!

Finally got an update!! They made it to Massachusetts. They should be here in the morning!!!! I wish the PO that has them was still open I would have driven there. Thank goodness they are in the right state!!!

From what I have read on MPC and on here, Express doesn't usually mean overnight with regard to poultry. You're in MA, so I would guess it will take an extra day. I'm up in Maine and expecting a shipment from MPC at the end of the month, and that is the timetable people have told me to expect. 2-3 days, even though it says overnight.
I hope you see your chicks first thing in the morning!

Mine are MIA as well! USPS tracking says "in transit" and the expected delivery date was today at 12noon. It's 6:30pm and they aren't here. I've called the post office, distribution center and the customer service for USPS. No one can find them :-(

I'm waiting on 1 Easter Egger, 1 Olive Egger, 1 Blue Ameracauna, 1 Black Copper Marans, 1 Blue Silkie, 1 Buff Orpington, 1 Light Brahma, 1 Dominique, & 2 Polish from MPC.

It's my first batch of chicks and I am hooked already!!!
