What are your percentages of hatch with incubators?

Thank you. And the quail trays you do two rows of quail in each one?
To add, I also do staggered hatches in the brinsea, I move a tray or 2 all the way to one side, put up a divider I made, and lay out the rest to hatch, I bump the humidity up to 50% for 3-4 days and then back down to 33%, and they all do fine.

NurtureRight 360, the newer version. Averaging 90% on local eggs, both mine and my friends. 50% on shipped eggs, except one batch of shipped Coturinix that was 17 out of 21. I really like this incubator, it is very easy to maintain temp and humidity even when I have to pull early hatchers out. I was able to purchase a quail turner from someone who 3D prints them on etsy. Only downfall in my opinion is that it only holds 21 chicken eggs.
