2021: Fix the swampy, muddy mess that is currently happening to my chicken area!

The upgrades should include much more woodchips, fencing off certain areas to keep out chicken feet and duck beaks from making it worse. Rain cover for the areas in front of the coops where they gather.

Currently it’s flooding, several inches of mud which was grass two months ago, soaking wetness. Might I add that it’s on a slope, so it’s just raining that much and that hard.

Can you put down some pallets and straw bales for the birds to sit on?

My chickens have a list of demands for 2021

1. More treats
2. Lots and lots of worms
3. Chicks lots and lots of chicks
4. More free range time
5. For the other chickens to get out of my
favourite nesting box
6. Corn everyday

Better poll PLEASE add build new main coop wood this time no tarps

I would think that would go with upgrade my coop &/or run. I plan on adding a second coop connected to my existing run & figured that would go in with it. Sounds like you have some great plans for this coming year! Good luck, I'm sure it's going to be great

We put a 6 inch deep concrete apron will not have anything but dirt floors girls love dirt floor for bathes as it rains allot here..Always have wood ash to add as we burn wood fires in our trash burner

I would like to get some more silkies, sultans, sebrights, and maybe some new breeds and some new types of other breeds I have. I also want to sell hatchlings eggs, chicks and have a better set up for chicks. I am going to try to make penciled OEGB if they don't already excited.

I plan on selling more breeds of chicks and hatching eggs. I bought the chickens I am going to breed this year as chicks.

I wanna get a new coop and add new toys to it. I also wanna sell the blue and black ameraucanas that are hatching and I’m gonna breed flarry eye grays and earn some money.

Electric fencing is on the books for us. We had a terrible mid-day fox issue this last spring. To repay them, we'd like to give the foxes a little something 'spark'ly for 2021!
