Both are definitely roosters. Stinker is a Barred Rock rooster, and Yellow looks identical to several Rhode Island Red/Buff Orpington cross roosters I've hatched over the years, reddish gold with the dark tail feathers. IMO he definitely has Orpington butt fluff going on too, LOL.
Technically, being an Orpington cross, he should have the white legs of an Orpington (white legs are dominant over yellow). But in the very likely scenario where his Orp parent was from a hatchery (vs. a true Orpington breeder) my experience has been that you get lots of leg colors when you cross hatchery Orps with other breeds. I've gotten mostly white, but I've also gotten yellow, willow, and slate too.
He's going to be really pretty when he matures past the teenager phase, I hope you're able to keep him!
Do the crosses have Dark green tail feathers? Yellow does.
