What Breed and Gender Is This Chicken?

This chicken is about 14 weeks old with thin legs and no spurs to speak of. But they yell when I bring treats or refresh the water. I’ve never heard a chicken make this kind of noise! They’re quiet the rest of the time. Additionally, they aren’t HCIC (head chicken in charge), and generally tend to hang back and let my barred chicken delegate tasks and be the boss.

You've 100% got a cockerel/rooster there! It's breed I'm getting stuck on... It looks like he's got a rose comb which isn't super rare or anything he just doesn't fit the bill of usual rose comb breeds! Any chance of him being a cross/mixbreed? I'd suggest maybe a partridge wyandotte but I'm not sure. Maybe a redcap, or rosecomb leghorn? Wish I had a more definite answer for you :'( I'll check my poultry standard tomorrow and see if any breeds jump out, where did you get him?
