What are these chickens? Gender and breed

These are 10 week old chickens we’ve had since 1 day old.
We were told they were barred Plymouth Rock but with a buff gene… born yellow but probably would turn out black/white barred.
They are nice chickens but don’t seem to be turning out as initially thought.
The breeder also had australorps including blue and splash and some auracanas.
The white one has been a lot slower to grow than the rest of the flock (we also have some blue australorps and barred Plymouth rocks)
Any ideas on breed and gender? (The brown and the white ones)

They had Araucana or Ameraucana?

Most likely just mixes. Maybe there is barred rock in them, or Delaware, or Calico Princess. They don't look like they have Australorp blood at all.

I'm betting their plymouth rocks are cross breeds hence the "buff gene" or more likely leakage. if I were to guess I would say they have some Sussex or Delaware in them. I don't really see much that would suggest a cross with their Australorp and definitely not Araucana
I would just call them crosses or "barnyard mixes"
As for gender the white looks like a pullet, the other may end up being a cockerel
