What breed and gender is this odd chicken??

It's around 7-8 months old. I'll have to look to make sure of exactly how old. I know it's always been very odd looking even when it first hatched. It had almost turquoise colored legs and was a little more of a bright orangish red

That would be great!! It's a few more than 4 months. I wouldn't mind seeing a bantam mix from it (her/him)

If you're positive on the age, I guess it's female. I'd sure peg it for a 3-4 month old cockerel from the pics, though.

Agree. At 6 to 8 months of age, that's a pullet.

With mixed breeds, especially if EE in the background, you've got so many genes that any dominate breed is merely lost in the pool.

You've got a nice backyard mix. I like my backyard mixes. They are hardy and good layers and generally well mannered birds.
