what breed and sex

Hello im just wondering if anyone could help me i found this chicken near death nursed it back to health and im unsure age, sex or gender.

im battled as even though the comb is big its not red and it always had its tail feathers down

Hmm. I’m thinking cockerel/cock. Can you get some clearer pictures?
It may be a Black Leghorn. On second thought it looks to be a mixed breed. About how big is it?

They’re a bit better. Still not as clear, but I can work with it. I believe that the chicken is a cockerel or cock based on the lack of bleaching in the legs. I’m unable to identify if the saddle or hackle feathers are pointy. This is a real tricky one.
