What breed and should I call her Clementine or Clem?

So this picture is from Oct 8th, I got her/him on July 10th as a chick so roughly 3 months old in this photo. I was going to try and get another today but the weather is not permitting. The store didn’t know the breed when I picked up this chick and another so I’m also curious on that.
The reason I’ve been suspecting rooster is because he/she pecks at my leg and ruffles his feathers a lot. I just want to know what I have in store for me as I already have a mature rooster.

Okay good! She was red as a chick. I was getting nervous because she started acting up lol

Nope, definitely a pullet I had one that looked like her, she was very adventurous and friendly
