What breed are my 4 chickens?

Agree with Crazy for Chickens, mostly.
Brown Leghorn
Black Copper Marans, with very poor leg feathering, could possible be an olive egger mix as I see my F2 Marans mixes with scant leg feathering that way (what color does she lay?)
Probably Blue Orpington
White Leghorn mix...not a true Columbian pattern...could be a mix of Leghorn colors or overall mixed bird....and yes a hen.

And double check their legs up close...it could be just grainy resolution in the photos, but a couple of them look like they might have scaly leg mites.

Nice hens who I am sure give you nice eggs. Pretty flock.

I honestly couldn't tell you any of our egg colors other than our Silkies lay light brown eggs and our Polish one lays white eggs. I never seem to catch them in the act, I usually just find about 5 eggs waiting for me daily.

They definitely have scaly leg mites, I found that out earlier this week when I posted pictures of our other chickens. I've been treating them with Vaseline on their legs once every 4 days on top of a full coop cleanout/disinfecting/new everything done last Wednesday (the coop will get an inspection this coming Wednesday with definite new bedding if everything else seems in order). They hate being picked up or touched so I unfortunately can't bathe them. Up for other recommendations for treatments if you have some!

Scaly leg mites live on the bird, in the scales, so they are pretty easy to treat. Keeping vaseline spread on them will do the trick in time. But, you need to reapply every few days, and keep doing that for about a month.

If you are having a lot of problem handling the girls, and don't mind meds, you can use Ivermectin cattle pour on (labeled 5mg per ml). It only takes about 1/4ml to treat each bird on the back of the neck, at skin level. You can repeat in about 10 days, but that should then do the trick.

You technically should pull eggs after Ivermectin treatment, depending upon how you feel about meds. The eggs will have little Ivermectin in them, which dissipates in about 5 days from studies I've seen, however recommended pull time is 10 days to be sure all residue has been cleared. Ivermectin is used in humans to treat lice/mite types of problem, and you would get minuscule amounts compared to a human body. However, if you are concerned, or have sensitive individuals or children, you may wish to pull. (Many of us still eat the eggs). I choose to pull the first 3 days, then use the eggs for the family.

Here is a link on Amazon, with a weirdly high price...you can get it for about $20 at the feed store. I posted it so you can see what to use.

Yes, I noticed it didn't look very much like it should, but I thought maybe poorly bred....
