What breed are my chickens?

I have a flock of 9, 1 of which is a rooster. I am thinking about getting an incubator and raising chicks from my hens eggs. I have 1 polish hen, 3 ameracaunas, 1 Leghorn Orpington mix, 1 black copper maran and 2 other hens and a rooster of whom I am unsure of the breed of. I would really like to know the breeds of the other three, especially if I am going to have their chicks. I've looked on the internet, but would like to know from other chicken enthusiasts.

Here are some pictures

Don't know about the white hen or the roo but the black and white is a plymouth rock. I have one in my flock. Her name is mama. She's been my best layer and she definitely rules the roost
So my Barred Rock, Teriyaki, is a bit of a bully too, I like how you put it nicely "rules the roost", she pecks at my Red Sex links face when eating, If I catch her I typically shoo her away. Teriyaki is very friendly towards us doesn't mind being picked up at all-just a big ole piggy when it comes to feeding, My sweet Goldie (RSL) will just move away from her and my Silver Laced Lyandotte, Sue Ellen, is just indifferent with her, she is as big or even bigger than Teriyaki (BR)-who does not usually mess with her. Do you just let this pecking order play out or do you intervene? I worry about my Goldie not getting enough to eat as she is my super layer and a very sweet disposition girl.
