They're (almost) certainly mixes so when it comes to mixes you just have to wait to learn the breed. It will be easier to tell once full grown but even then you might have to wait for molt's to be able to tell. I am in the same waiting boat and I am not patient!

So on a farm with lots of ducks. They will still cross breed?

Yes if all foraging together or penned together. Nothing wrong with mixed they make for gorgeous ducks.
