I would be disappointed in the seller for sure but you did get a good variety, that being said if you bought them on ebay or through a big name seller I would contact them immediately with pictures as proof and tell them you are absolutely not happy, they may replace the eggs with "good breeds". If you want mutt eggs you can usually get them cheap or free, if you just ordered tux and got white you would be mad right? I would.
However, you did get a good variety and they will grow into pretty birds and hopefully you get some good eggs from them, if you like chicken eggs you will like quail eggs, I think they actually taste better, maybe sweeter or richer or something, whatever it is I like it.
Just remember, if you want a particular breed or color make sure you buy from a reputable breeder, check their feedback if its on ebay or do a google search if they are just a website store or something.
