Rural king is a farm store. Every spring they have chicks. All year around they have chicken supplies and feed. I dont buy my feed from them though. I wouldnt be able to set upthe heatinf element right if I built my own. I would end up spending more money trying to build it and failing lol. All i can really build is things made out of wood or fence and they still dont look good just good enought to get by with lol.
 
Lol yeah, i saw someone use a water heater thermostat to control when the heat would come on and kick off

more recent pic of one of the white chicks. Anyone know what breed it is now that it's two weeks old? This one, i can already tell it's a rooster. It's comb is growing very quickly. I'm thinking he might be a white leghorn because it's comb is growing so early and quickly and since white leghorns' combs get so big

Okay, so, two of the brown chicks have green legs and a pea comb but one has yellow legs and a single comb. Any ideas?
