What Breed? Blue Orpington?

What breed guesses for this guy. I got him fir free and person did not remember his breed. He's JUST starting to crow. I was thinking Blue Orpington.

Any guesses on pellets breed?

The pullet looks like a red sex link. If the cockerel came from a farm store, he could be a production blue, which is a hybrid.

The cockerel has those whitish feathers at the breast, so he is probably a mix. Possibly a blue Plymouth rock mix or blue Jersey Giant mix. The only breed I can think of that starts with 'c' and has a blue variety is Cochin, but he is not one of those.
