Her comb and wattles are not red, they just look that way in the pictures. Unless you are basing the gender on feathers. I prefer a hen though . Mainly I am trying to find out the breed. She has long ostrich legs. They look weird!

He is most likely lemon cuckoo Orpington. If she says orp, it's an orp.
He is otherwise buff/barred. Barred rock x buff Orpington likely. But that is highly unlikely. It is just possible

Don't worry about it. Little chickens and big chickens do mix. I don't feel like unitalisizing
