My mom owns 3 BR's and I bought some BR eggs to hatch her a roo.

My breed are:

1 cayuga mix duck

Okay what i have right know
Btm. Cornish very nice birds but bug magnets
Btm. Americana's very flighty but sweet
Btm. Cochin very sweet birds just little cuties
Std. Langshan very nice layers docile birds
Std. Rhodeislandred very nice layers and calm
Std. Americana & easter eggers very nice birds great eggs for people that really don't know chickens gives me a laugh
Btm. D'anvers very flighty but are very pritty
Btm. D'ucle very nice birds recomend them to any one that wants a pet especially for children
Btm. Polish very fun bird but need to know the care to give them for they have health problems just like the cornish

3 Americaunas (EE's)- They are curious, intuitive, good egg layers.

4 silkies- The ones that actually act like silkies are really sweet, hatchery birds...not so much.

3 polish- All are pretty sweet, very curious, can be skittish.

1 standard cochin- interested in people, not fond of being held.

1 standard plymoth barred rock- very curious, loud, great egg layer

1 red sexlink- Loud, hard to catch, very interested in people.

1 salmon faverolle- dumb, easy to catch, LOVES food!

2 mille fleur d'uccles- Sweet, Calm, good flyer.

1 belgian quail d'anver- flighty, hard to catch, calms down once held.

4 bantam barred rocks- sweet once caught, very curious, food motivated

3 batam cochins- slow, calm, sweet, easy to catch.

We own 3 Millie Fluer D'uccle hens, 1 Millie Fluer Roo, 2 (supposed to be blue) cochin hens, 2 (supposed to be ) splash cochins and 1 (supposed to be) blue cochin Roo!

Awaiting 4 buff orps, 4 Plymouth barred rocks and 2 Araucanas all pullet peeps!!! Yeah me!
Due April 17!!!

I have 6 Aracauna hens
2 Aracauna roosters
1 Banty hen - she was a rescue
then I have 2 sister hens - their parents were my first chickens I got them at the feed store and picked them out of a box marked hearty mix, not sure what that means but we had one that was yellow ended up white, a red one and a black one. I think the white one was a leghorn and he was a roo - he was a big boy weighed in at 15 lbs. Anyways the sisters, one is red and one is black.
