What breed hens and how do I know if there ready to lay?

I need help trying to find out what breed chicks I have and when will they begin to lay I believe they are about 24 weeks? Thanks

The two red/brown birds look to be red sex link pullets.
The front white bird appears to be an Easter Egger or at least a mixed breed bird with some form of Ameraucana parentage (the bearding) - can you get a photo that shows this bird's legs?
The farthest back white bird is a cockerel
The dark bird next to your cockerel is not able to be seen clearly enough to guess - either are the two white birds in the middle.

I'll have to take better pics tomorrow. I only have 4 hens now. The 2 white and 2 brown.

Great atleast I know where too look. By chance do u know when they would start laying. The white hens I've had since chicks and the others my father in law brought me when mine where already about 13-15 weeks I think those are a bit older then mine but the white ones are about 22-24 weeks.
