what breed is my neighbors Don Juan?

Is he standard or bantam? Does he have feathered legs? His wing carriage is throwing me off. He seems to carry his wing tips really low. Does he have white ear lobes?

Don Juan looks sort of like my Ruby, who is a mix of Old English Game and maybe Red Star.

Hmm... i thought welsummer but I'm pretty sure they have a black chest. Marans have more black also. Not sure!

My initial thought was New Hampshire but he carries those wing tips so low... Probably a cross of some sort...

he does have feathered legs, i will try to catch him later when my kids get home from school and look at his ear lobes, he does not like me to catch him. His legs have some callus or growths covering them too. Thanks for the input so far

Sounds like he might have scaly leg mites. I think he's a barnyard cross. I'm guessing the leg feathering comes from Cochin. He has a lovely single comb so both of his parents were probably single combed birds. Possibly Cochin crossed with Old English Game.
