What breed is my rooster?

I use to think he was an Aruacana but now I know a bit more I am guessing not with those wattles. Would he be classed as an EE?

He could be one just not a perfect one... I mean nothing is perfect!

Thank you everyone. I've done some more research and think here in Australia we call your version of Amerucana -> Aruacanas which is what I was told he was when I bought him. Either way I guess I can rule out the EE thought
