What breed is my rooster?

I have an adorable rooster who I thought was a Japanese bantam, but now I think he’s too big to be one. What do you guys think he might be?

Appears to be a young Leghorn but then if he's full grown he's likely a bantam, maybe an old English... let's see what others say, someone may have that specific breed.

Interesting... he is full grown, so he’s some kind of bantam I assume. Thanks for your input

Body type and comb suggest white rock, but I am not certain that there are WR bantams.
