I can't tell from your pictures if she has the requisite white earlobe, but she looks like a splash andalusian in conformation, leg color, and comb type. Should lay white eggs, if that's right. Definitely a girl.

Had a hawk dive bomb me last year! The flock was having a 'supervised' free range session and they went nuts, ran to the shrubs.
